System requirements:

To use the calculation tools a web browser with JAVA support is necessary (min. JAVA Version 1.6). The Download for the JAVA-PlugIn you can find here.

Notice:

For the consideration of the Tutorials no download and no installation of a PlugIns is required, because all Tutorials are played directly in your browser. However, it is required that you have activated Java in your browser. The loading time of the Tutorials can last up to one minute. It is normal which you see during this loading time only a "gray rectangle".

1. Geometry computation

The computation starts you with the geometry input window in that your synchronous belt drive configures. The accompanying Tutorial describes you the different control elements in the geometry window. In addition one shows, how you select the type of belt and how toothed washers insert you, to delete and position.

2. Advantages lengths

If you want to select an advantages length and automatically to position but the idler, then you use the Button "interpretation advantages length". In the Tutorial the appropriate function mode is described to you.

3. Geometry/CAD data

Here you one shows, how you can to be able to be indicated the results of the geometry computation. In addition we describe you, which function hides itself behind the CAD Button.

4. Zoom, Move, 2D/3D

With zoom shot and move you can regard the individual ranges of your synchronous belt drive more near. In addition there is a simple 3D-Ansicht of the drive configured to the better overview also.

5. Open/Save

Of course you can also store your drive configured and/or load secured toothed belt computations again.

6. Capacity rating

In the capacity rating you examine the applicableness of the selected toothed belt for your load data. In addition you can be able to be determined here the optimal belt width.
